All of our Oss Armbar White Jiu Jitsu Custom Hoodie Apparel are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.

  • Each of our products is constructed from a premium polyester blend that is ultra-soft and incredibly comfortable.
  • Features a specialty high definition heat-dye application that ensures long-lasting color vibrancy even after machine washing.
  • Fabric is durable and resistant to wrinkles, shrinking and mildew.
  • Product is custom printed, cut and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams and /or arms due to the custom nature of the production process!

Note:

1. This is Unisex US size. Height and weight are just suggested. The exact dimension of the shirts is made after the Length, Chest

2. Chest Width: edge-to-edge (not circumference) over the fullest part of the chest.

3. Due to hand-measurement, please 0.5-1.5 inches tolerance.

1. How much does shipping cost

The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase.

You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

In United States, the fee shipping is $4.95 for one item, free for additional items shipped domestically.

In the rest of the world, the fee shipping is $7.95 for the first item, and free for the additional product.

2. How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the carrier. You can refer to the standard shipping times below:

US orders can arrive in about 7-10 business days after being shipped.

International orders may arrive in your country 1-3 weeks after being shipped.

3. Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

4. Do you offer delivery to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

We can not support shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

5. Will I be charged VAT taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes).

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the country, the postal package may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date that you receive your product from us. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, we can't offer you a return or refund, unfortunately.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item).

Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via [email protected] for more information. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

If the replacement is applicable, please allow 2 - 3 weeks to receive the new item(s) at no charge.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT?

1 - Contact us via email [email protected] form so we can provide you a return label.

2 - Repack your products and stick the label to the outside of the package. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.

REFUND

We will issue a refund in these cases:

(We don't accept refunds in case the shipper can not contact you for delivery).

You receive the damaged/defective/wrong items which be faulty due to an error on our end but it cannot be replaced. You will get full refund.

Please send us an email to [email protected] once you need return/refund the order. We will send the feedback within 48 hours after receiving the email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or our faults in production and shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

WHICH EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR REPLACEMENT?
Submitting all pieces of evidence to clarify shipping/product error is very important to our return/replacement process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items.

Wrong product shipped
Please send some pictures as proof, which include:

  • Picture of the wrong product you received
  • Picture of the shipping label.

Size issue 
Please send the picture as proof:

  • Picture of the shipping label.
  • Photo measure the size of the product with a ruler.
  • Picture of the product you received

 

CANCELLATIONS 

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to [email protected] and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make.  We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
