3. Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

We can not support shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
5. Will I be charged VAT taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes).

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. My daughter loved these Gryffindor Shoes for Christmas. We often hear of issues with items from China. These were exactly as described, came very quickly and seem of good quality, they even had a good cushy insole! They were a big hit!
I bought this quilt for my girlfriend for Xmas, and she really loves it. We will see how it holds up, but it looks great and is really comfortable so far.
Came exactly as pictured; the material is a printed fabric, which is a slightly lower quality than most ball caps, but that's how they've gotten a custom design on it and it gets the job done. The print is clear and the colors are bright. They had to make it before shipping, so it took a little longer than something that was ready to ship when ordered. Overall, I'm super happy & I'm gonna go get more; it's hard to find pink MMPR ball caps elsewhere and I'm happy I found this one.
