Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at All Day Tee. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, including shipping times, costs, and customs information.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or stock issues, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship worldwide to most countries. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Asia: 7–15 business days

  • Other Countries: 15–25 business days

⏱ Delivery times do not include processing time and may be delayed due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Orders: $4.95 (Free shipping on orders over $150).

  • International Orders: $7.95

  • All shipping charges are clearly displayed before you complete payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some countries or regions may be restricted due to international shipping regulations.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Items shipping internationally from factories in Asia and China are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax) at checkout.

  • All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Depending on the destination country, your package may be subject to local customs or VAT charges. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s import policies.

Important for European Union (EU) customers:

  • As of July 1, 2021, the EU has removed the VAT exemption for low-value imported goods (all goods up to €22).

  • All commercial imports into the EU are now subject to VAT and require a Formal Customs Declaration.

  • Therefore, if your shipping address is within the EU:

    1. VAT to EU countries is charged in advance.

    2. Declared values are usually set lower than the actual purchase price in order to minimize VAT costs. In the rare case that customs authorities request purchase invoices for clearance, please contact us in advance so we can assist you.
